India’s leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki today announced the launch of its second Metaverse platform on December 31, 2022. This time it’s for the company’s ARENA showroom network, ARENAVerse. More and more companies are digitizing their sales experience these days, and this launch has accelerated Maruti’s presence in the digital world.

ARENAVerse will allow users to engage in a fully immersive virtual car buying experience with Maruti Suzuki vehicles. The launch of the platform also reinforces the company’s commitment to provide a more interactive retail experience for consumers. With new-age innovations like Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance Service, ‘MS Chatbot’ or ‘S-Assis’, MSIL prioritizes customer satisfaction.
The brand has equipped its 700 Arena outlets across the country with virtual reality gear for shoppers and visitors. This will enable them to experience the ARENA Verse and life-size display of Maruti’s models with the help of VR devices.
The web version of the platform will also be accessible through the Maruti Suzuki Arena website on web browsers. Soon, buyers will also be able to customize cars in the ARENAVerse with accessories of their choice. A sales representative for buyers to interact digitally will also be made available on the platform in the future.
