MG India has started bookings for the ZS EV Excite variant from today. The base model is priced at ₹22.58 lakh and gets a new Ivory White interior theme. This variant was announced in March when the EV was launched, however, it was not on sale until now. MG has recently increased the prices of the ZS EV with the Excite variant increasing by ₹59,000 while the Exclusive variant has increased by ₹61,800.

The base Excite variant comes with a 25.7-inch HD touchscreen with Park+ Native app for parking booking, MapmyIndia online navigation system with live traffic, live weather and AQI, and integrated Discover app for locating nearby restaurants and hotels. Is. The system also comes with firmware over-the-air (FOTA) update capability. It also gets 360 degree parking camera, digital key, push button start/stop, automatic climate control, fully digital instrument cluster and hill descent control. The design and features of the base variant will remain the same as the top-end exclusive variant.
Coming to the looks, the MG ZS EV facelift includes a revised front fascia. Being an EV, the front grille is completely closed and now gets full LED hockey headlamps with LED DRLs to accentuate the visuals. On the side are 17-inch tomahawk hub design alloy wheels which are different from Astor. The rear has LED tail lamps and a faux skid plate. The charging port is enclosed behind the front grill. It is available in red, silver, gray and black colors. The 2022 MG ZS EV offers an improved range of 461 km with a battery pack rated at 50.3 kWh. It gets a 176 hp motor that enables it to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in less than 9 seconds. The ZS EV can be charged in a number of ways, including an onboard charging cable, AC fast chargers, DC super fast chargers at MG dealerships, the public charging network, and roadside assistance. While the ZS EV’s safety features include six airbags, TPMS, ESP, HLA, HDC, EPB, blind spot detection system, pedestrian detection system, rear cross traffic alert, and ISOFIX mounts.
