BLINO S-CNG
The Baleno S-CNG is now the only premium hatchback that comes with 6-airbags and has a CNG option. While the 1.2 L petrol engine producing 89.73 PS and 113 Nm of torque remains unchanged, in CNG mode the car makes 77.49 PS and 98.5 Nm of torque. Fuel consumption in CNG mode is claimed at 30 kmpl. The Baleno S-CNG will get all the bells and whistles like its petrol counterpart. These include LED projector headlamps, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Suzuki Connect, etc. The MID will also have a dedicated display for CNG data. The S-CNG Baleno will be available in two variants – Delta (MT) priced at ₹8.28L and Zeta (MT) priced at ₹9.21L.
XL6 S-CNG
If you were opting for the Ertiga just because it comes with CNG as an option but you really want to get the XL6 for the premium features, then you don’t need to worry. MSIL has also introduced the S-CNG version of the XL6. Boasting a fuel efficiency of 26.32 kmpl, the XL6 S-CNG makes 87.83 PS and 121 Nm of torque in CNG mode. The petrol motor is carried over from the petrol XL6 only and produces 100.61 PS and 136 Nm in petrol mode. The XL6 will also be equipped with all the extras that make it more premium. The XL6 S-CNG will be sold only in Zeta (MT) trim and is priced at ₹12.24L.
