Suzuki has provided a glimpse of its upcoming global electric SUV at the 2023 Delhi Auto Show in India.
A new concept for the 2025 model – previewed by the eVX – is sized to match the current S-Cross small SUV.
While the Japanese brand has provided little detail, it will offer a dual-motor all-wheel drive setup and “state-of-the-art features. [battery electric vehicles]”

“The eVX is an all-electric concept SUV derived from Suzuki’s first global strategic EV. It will be introduced to the market by 2025,” Suzuki said.
This confirms that the model will be offered outside of India, the brand’s biggest market with several unique vehicles, including the not-for-Australian Grand Vitara.
Under the skin, the eVX concept uses a 60kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which allows for a driving range of 550 km on India’s MIDC test cycle.

It is 4300mm long, 1800mm wide, and 1600mm tall – similar in size to the Hyundai Kona Electric, MG ZS EV and BYD Atto 3, and longer than the current internal combustion Suzuki Vitara.
Autocar India According to the report, the production model will be based on a dedicated EV architecture developed in collaboration with Toyota.
“[Suzuki is] Promote a range of global initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Suzuki will continue to improve and provide valuable products to its customers worldwide. [sic] to the way different people live and drive,” said Toshihiro Suzuki, president of Suzuki Motor.
