Of more interest to us are the cast members of the vehicles. Several of them were spotted unloading at LAX earlier this year, including Dom’s famous 1968 Dodge Charger, as well as a bad-ass Datsun 240Z and a wild, six-wheeled, rear-engine ramp car.

More recently, two factory EVs were spotted on location by a YouTuber. A German in VeniceLA’s Angelino Heights neighborhood is home to Bob’s Market, aka Toretto’s Market & Deli from the movies.
First up was the recently revealed Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Banshee, which promises to be the first all-electric muscle car out of Detroit. ‘Banshee’ refers to the car’s powertrain, which will be the top of Dodge’s EV offerings based on an 800-volt system. While power figures have yet to be released, Dodge believes it will eclipse the Hellcat and its derivatives.

The second concept seen was the DeLorean Alpha5, which was unveiled in May of this year. Unlike the original DCM-12, the Alpha 5 is a four-seater, but retains the signature doors. This example was missing the exposed rear window louvers, but was running under its own steam.
