Like Grant, Ken Fiorenza has his own fixations. This daring hardtop is one of three he owns, and it’s bound for the drag challenge. There’s a 440 big-block with 500 cubes out front, good for 500rwhp before nitrous.

Street Machine News Out Now Cortina

With its chunky widebody, 700rwhp 2JZ and six-cog manual, the marque’s killer Mk1 Cortina looks like an out-and-out racer, but you’ll find it slaying the streets of Darwin. It’s packed with switch-on engineering, handcrafted stainless goodies, and primo handling gear to put it all together.

Mark Sullivan is no stranger to getting involved. Sm, but his latest build, a traditional Buick Riviera Lowrider, is quite different from his usual muscle fare. Metal flake and lacework abounds, topped off with 100-spoke Daytons and hydraulics to come down.
