“This one’s for you, the concrete craver, the curve master, the speed connoisseur. Put on your best suit, this is what clay was made for…”
Lamborghini’s Huracan Sterrato is the stuff of future legends, the kind that doesn’t get made very often these days – but wow, this video!
See, I missed this video when it first appeared online a few weeks ago – I’m not on Twitter and who can keep up with a deluge of press releases these days? – but boy am I glad it finally landed in my tray.
“Dust is gold, dirt is for the brave” Almost chanted between the lines of AI-generated Machismo, voiced by a 16-year-old boy with a mustache and affected deep voice that could fit Batman’s taunts, “I’m a man now.” If Will Arnett hadn’t already locked him down..
Speaking of satire, this is a video ripe for parody, and none other than Richard Porter of Sniff Patrol fame lends his talents. See below.
Well, I beat Lamborghini’s marketing team. And, to be fair, they know their audience.
The Sterrato itself looks likely to be an absolute beast, taking on the new. Porsche 911 Dakar With its 455kW/610Nm V10 propelling the 44mm-long SUV to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds – perhaps on a level, but ideally gold dust? Remember, dirt is for the brave.

This special edition marks the last hurrah for the Huracan following the release of the Technica, with only 1499 Sterratos being produced globally. The Sterrato is likely to hit Australia in limited numbers, with pricing yet to be confirmed.
